The Manor Motel is a quaint 40’s style motel located in a quiet garden setting. Originally, the motel was a 1940’s auto court with it’s own distinctive style. We are within a short walk to the Shakespeare Theater, restaurants and The Plaza (downtown Ashland).
The Manor features one and two bedroom units equipped with or without kitchens. We have shaded picnic areas with tables and a bench swing for your leisurely enjoyment. All rooms have direct dial telephones, cable TV, free wireless internet and air conditioning. All rooms are non-smoking.

New accomodations available. Helman street guest house and studios consist of three units. The main house is a charming early 1900's two bedroom that can sleep up to six guests. It is only four short blocks from the Plaza, restaurants and theaters.
The large master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed, and the second bedroom is a sweet upstairs room with natural light, a queen size bed and a twin bed. A roll away bed is available on request.
The house has a very comfortable and newly furnished living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a charming breakfast nook. There are two separate bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a claw foot tub. Full laundry facilities are available. It has an old-fashioned front porch with tables and chairs. The house is very comfortable and easy to settle into for a pleasurable stay in Ashland.
The two studio units, across the courtyard from the main house, can each sleep up to four people. Each unit has a private bath, one with a tub/shower and one with a full shower. Each studio has a queen-size bed and a futon couch, cable TV, private telephone, dining table and a small kitchenette with refrigidator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Sheets, towels, cookware and tableware are all provided.
