We thank you for choosing the Manor Motel. Please understand this is not a full-service motel. The office/telephone is not manned 24 hours a day. Incoming calls are limited and taken between 8 am to 10 pm.
- A deposit of one-night's rate is required for confirmation of room reservation ($100 for reservations for more than 3 nights).
- Rates are subject to a City of Ashland room tax.
- Reservation deposit is refundable with a 10 day cancelation notice (less than 10 days, one night's rate is retained).
- Advance payment is requested upon check-in.
- All kitchen units are provided with a coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils.
- Although we try to accomodate our guests in the exact room requested, a comparable room may be given upon check-in.
- No pets, please.
Helman street guest house and studios consist of three units. The main house is a charming early 1900's two bedroom that can sleep up to six guests. It is only four short blocks from the Plaza, restaurants and theaters. Perfect for family and group reunions.
